The structure of the machine includes the bed part, the main transmission part, the clamping part, the guide part, the mandrel mechanism, the hydraulic system, the electrical system, the mold part, the feeding part and the corner part.
PRODUCT DETAILS
  • Bed part

    The bed part is a bending and welding structure, which is the carrier of other parts.

     

  • Main drive part

    The main drive part is composed of three parts: spindle, sprocket, chain and cylinder, which can realize bending and return action.

     

  • Clamping part

    The clamping structure is used to clamp the pipe and rotate with the spindle so that the abrasive tool and the pipe fitting rotate at the same time.

     

  • Guide part

    The guide mechanism supports the straight part of the pipe during the bending process, and the pipe moves forward with the guide mold during the bending process. The clamping action of the clamping guide structure is driven by the hydraulic cylinder, and the peephole cover plate on the side can be opened for inspection, maintenance and adjustment.

     

  • Mandrel mechanism

    Mandre mechanism is located at the back of the bed, through the screw drive, the required bending radius of the mandrel can be adjusted. The mandrel action is realized by the mandrel and the oil cylinder, and the lead of the mandrel can be adjusted by adjusting the nut. The mandrel support device, supporting mandrel and pipe fittings are installed on the bed.


  • Hydraulic system

    The hydraulic system control components are imported from Taiwan brand, the hydraulic system adopts integrated channel block structure, the hydraulic pipeline adopts seamless steel pipe, and the high pressure hose is used at the active connection. The "U" shaped quick fitting joint eliminates the system leakage phenomenon and improves the reliability of the hydraulic system.

     

  • Electrical system

    Electrical system field 50HZ, 380V three-phase AC power supply, control line route 380/110V control transformer power supply, used to control the contactor, intermediate relay and solenoid valve work, the main electrical components selected imported brands, the power line is mainly driven by a Y series three-phase asynchronous motor hydraulic system. The main control components are controlled by Japanese Mitsubishi PIC program, and all the control button signals come from the safety cabinet.


  • Mold part

    The mold of the machine is composed of bending die, moving jaws, pressure die, core, etc., and anti-wrinkle plate and soft core head can also be added according to the needs of users and actual pipe bending to improve the bending quality of the pipe.

     

  • Feed part

    Japan Mitsubishi servo drive, servo motor push car feed accurate, feed curve amplitude accurate Angle, feed shaft automatic detection, to avoid collision with the machine.

     

  • Corner part

    Mitsubishi servo drive, servo motor, automatic Angle detection, clamping stability, to ensure safety.

     

    The machine is equipped with safety limit and emergency stop button to ensure the safety of the operator.

CNC AUTOMATIC PIPE BENDING MACHINE EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE

1. Standard display text: Chinese/English switch. (Other text can be changed as required)

2. Maximum bending program memory capacity 1000 groups, each group can be programmed up to 16 bends. (Expandable)

3. Directly input the bending processing parameters, the machine can be executed in a single step during automatic operation, can be suspended, so that the bending of special pipe can be manually intervened, but also can resume automatic operation. At the same time, it has the pause function, with automatic and manual functions, and starts with the switch when running the next cycle after one cycle, and uses the emergency stop button when you need to stop.

4. Operating program and bending program memory storage time is unlimited, will not be caused by power failure or long-term non-use caused by program loss.

5. While the machine performs automatic processing, the controller can still input or edit programs.

6. With XYZ socket value to YBC processing value conversion function, convenient for operators to use.

7. The bending program can set a total of ten speed of 0-9 action of each shaft in each processing step, so as to flexibly use for different working objects and improve work efficiency. An external speed knob is also provided to reduce or increase the processing speed at any time as required.
