PRODUCT DETAILS
  1. The control system adopts PLC, which makes the machine more humane and more advanced.

  2. PLC, servo drive and servo motor, using world famous brands, such as imported Mitsubishi, the machine in terms of hardware and software scalability, more reasonable.

  3. Data input method: X, Y, Z coordinate values can be directly input.

  4. Screen text with Chinese and English (other languages can be customized).

  5. All data is entered by tapping the screen.

  6. Memory capacity can store 1000 sets of bent pipe file data (expandable).

  7. Data editing is completed with a key lock function to prevent data from being arbitrarily modified.

  8. With power off memory function, data can be permanently saved.

  9. Manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic operation can be set.

  10. During the test bend, you can choose to manually decompose the action, observe the interference point, and modify the action.

  11. Each bend can be set feeding, bending, rotating tube 3 axes at the same time or not at the same time to avoid interference points, thereby improving production efficiency.

  12. It has the function of counting the work.

  13. Mechanical reset to zero function.

  14. There is an automatic detection of errors or mechanical failure function, and displayed on the screen, easy for the operator to eliminate.

  15. The equipment is cooled by circulating pipe water.

  16. The bending direction is clockwise (reverse bending machine can be selected as required).

  17.  When the length of the guide die cannot meet the needs of the bending Angle, the guide die can be loosened and returned to re-clamp to continue bending and reach the required bending Angle.

  18. Each bend can be set according to different materials, compensation value, speed and release time.
